Bittensor Validator Update for Subnet 1

Hey @everyone ,

We have released a validator update for subnet 1 which requires a validator restart. https://github.com/opentensor/text-prompting/releases/tag/v2.1.2

This release improves instruction following and reduces unwanted repetitions across completions. This will drive a substantial improvement in network quality. Expect another release next week, same time.
