Connection Issue for New Teslas on DIMO
- New Teslas are currently unable to connect to DIMO due to an ongoing issue.
- The DIMO team is actively investigating the problem and working towards a solution.
- Existing Tesla connections and data on DIMO are unaffected, but users are advised not to disconnect their vehicles.

We are aware of an issue that is currently preventing new Teslas from getting connected to DIMO. The team is investigating and hoping to have a fix soon. If you are new to DIMO and trying to connect a Tesla, you will have to wait until we have a fix.
If you currently have a Tesla connected to DIMO, your connection and data is fine, but please do not disconnect your Tesla as you will not be able to reconnect it.
In either case, there is no need to reach out to [email protected]. Once the issue is resolved, we will post another announcement and send communications out to all users.
