Discord Notification: Important Updates for DIMO-Network Project

I have a few issues to address this morning so buckle your seat belts!

Whats going on?

• Tenderly is currently down: This means that you would not be able to see your token balance or send transactions in the mobile app. If you are trying to onboard your device, its going to fail at this moment.

• Fordpass users: Fords has falsely identified Smartcar traffic as suspicious, and has begun to send out emails users that their accounts have suspicious activity on them. The Smartcar team is aware and are working with Ford directly to get this issue resolved.

What do I do?

• Your DIMO tokens are safe, please check your wallets and take a look a polygonscan to validate your token holdings. |

• If you are trying to onboard your vehicle or reconnect it, you may fail on sending the transactions for minting or linking any IDs. Please wait for another update from us when they are back up and working.

• If you have a ford that's been affected, please delete the connection and add it back. This will restore your fords connection with Smartcar and DIMO. https://dimo-faq.gorgias.help/en-US/delete-an-integration-342620 follow these instructions on how to reconnect.

When will this be fixed?

• We have no eta at this time on when Tenderly will be back up and operation but we will update you asap when its done.

• We will email out FordPass users with the recent information and instructions provided by the Smartcar team. We hope the strong partnership between Ford and Smartcar will sort their issue out quickly.
