Helium Project Update: Launch Plan for HIP74/85

- Mobile Proof-of-Coverage rewards in the Helium Mobile Coverage Planner will consider estimated coverage points and radio seniority multiplier based on HIP74 and HIP85.

On Monday, November 27th, Mobile Proof-of-Coverage rewards displayed in the Helium Mobile Coverage Planner will take into account estimated coverage points and radio seniority multiplier based on HIP74 and HIP85.
Actual PoC rewards won't be affected at that time. Reward numbers based on HIP74 and HIP85 will only be for information purposes and to help the engineering team uncover potential issues.
If no critical issues are discovered, full launch of HIP74 and HIP85 that will affect PoC rewards will happen on Thursday, November 30th.
