Online Wi-Fi Hotspots Incorrectly Displayed as Offline

@5G Owner Online Wi-Fi Hotspots Incorrectly Displayed as Offline
Some Wi-Fi Hotspots have incorrect Offline status in the Helium Mobile Dashboard and Helium Builder app. The engineering team is working on resolving the issue.
This issue does not impact the performance of the Hotspots and MOBILE rewards. However, you can reboot the Hotspot to trigger the proper display of the Online/Offline status while the team is working on the fix. ETA for the fix is the end of this week.
