Update on Shadow Operator Channels for GenesysGo Project

Just wanted to make a quick announcement letting everyone know that we've made a change to the @Shadow Operator channels. Due to the fact that scammers were coming into the (channel) channel posing as team members, we've created the (channel) channel which is specifically for those in the community running DAGGER Wield Nodes.

1) Only @Shadow Operator's, moderators, and @GenesysGo Team members are able to post messages in the channel. This will ensure that scammers cannot pose as team members and ask for sensitive information.

2) The channel is however fully visible to anyone with the @GG Member role and the @Shadowy Super Coder role to ensure that the community is has full visibility. This way we ensure that no one feels as if anything is being hidden, swept under the table, or kept from the community in any way.

3) If you are a new @Shadow Operator please reach out to a member of the team via (channel) with your public Node ID and one of us will manually assign you the role. We'll be adopting our Discord verification bot in the future but for right now manual processes are gonna be fine.

4) If you shut your node down you do not lose access to the channel. If you spin up a node to just temporarily check out the Testnet or to participate on a short term basis that is 100% okay and you will not lose your ability to talk in the new channel.
