XNET is proposing the implementation of tiers in the cluster reward system, with Gold hexes remaining the highest priority and Silver hexes located near the perimeter of Gold hexes.
The introduction of Silver hexes aims to address corner cases and incentivize a gradient approach to signal strength instead of a hard drop off outside of a Gold hex.
The XNET team is actively identifying opportunities for new eligible clusters, with plans for three more clusters in Dallas and Chicago.
