Wayru: WiFi Revolution
Wayru is a Blockchain-based Wireless Internet Network that provides seamless and effortless WiFi connectivity worldwide. Their solution brings mid-small ISPs, entrepreneurs, individuals, and communities together to build and operate Internet networks.
A core element of the Wayru network is distributed ownership. Wayru believes that ownership of internet infrastructures should be in the hands of as many people as possible.
At Wayru, users can participate by becoming a Hotspot Operator by purchasing a Wayru Hotspot directly from Wayru or by bringing their own device and turning it into a Wayru Hotspot with their proprietary firmware, WayruOS.
