What is this network?

Arkreen Network is a web3-powered digital infrastructure for globally-distributed renewable energy resources connection and monetization to boost carbon-reduction applications. It is built on IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence), blockchain (Distributed Ledger Technology), and token economy. The network rewards participating suppliers for their renewable energy contributions and allows the demand side to access electricity data and build applications and services based on it, such as Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) and Virtual Power Plants (VPPs).

How can I mine tokens?

To mine tokens on Arkreen Network, you need to purchase one or more Arkreen miners, which are available in two types: remote and standard. These miners generate renewable energy and send the renewable energy generation data (RE proof) to the Arkreen Network. Based on the RE generation proof, AKRE tokens are rewarded to the miner's owner as an incentive according to the Proof of Green-energy Generation Algorithm.

Who governs this network?

Arkreen Network is governed as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) based on the intersection of clean energy and the digital economy. The governance model and economic model draw on the wisdom of predecessors and adopt a system combining a people's congress, delegate, and committee structure.
